Roasted Coffee

Roasting consists of taking a dry, pale green coffee bean, and heating it to the right temperature to bring out a plump, brown, complex and richly flavorful bean. In that short 15-18 minutes, if not under the expertise of a master roaster, that bean is destroyed. But, under our Master Roaster, Kevin, our beans are brought to the fullest and most flavorful beans that are possible. He respects the bean and the roaster and listens for the proper “crackles” and temperature heating of the bean and adjusts the machine properly to bring out that wonderful smell and taste we all love when we drink coffee.
